<h3>Product Operation</h3>
When de-energized, the HSV10-20 acts as a check valve, allowing flow to pass from 1 to 2, while blocking flow in the reverse direction. 
When energized, the poppet lifts to open the 2 to 1 flow path. In this mode, flow from 1 to 2 is severely restricted. 
Operation of Manual Override Option: The manual override feature is intended for emergency use, not continuous duty operation. To operate (de-energized) the manual override pin must be seated in the lower detent groove. To shift the valve manually, the operator pushes down on the knob and rotates 180° in either direction. When the manual override is actuated, increased flow can be achieved by pulling on the knob.

When energized, the valve’s poppet closes on its seat, blocking flow from ➁ to ➀. In this mode the cartridge will allow ➀ to ➁ flow after overcoming the solenoid force (requires 3.4 to 10.3 bar / 50 to 150 psi).

Savery hydraulic power packs and mini power packs are the culmination of many years of experience in manufacturing AC and DC power packs.

Small HydraulicPower Packs

The PB300 series of power units offer the latest design and features not normally associated with this type of unit. The units have a pressure up to 300 bar, which is achieved by the use of high specification materials. The centre adaptor can be machined to give a vast range of integral control options for single and double acting circuits.
Applications for this type of unit are numerous DC units for battery powered use include our tail lift packs and can be found on tippers, aerial access equipment and material handling trucks. AC units with power ratings from 0.25kW to 5.5kW have an even greater range of applications including the retail and service industry for the handling of goods &#8211; loading and unloading of vehicles and the lift industry for lifts installed in the home, disabled lifts and automotive assembly plants.
Savery has developed hydraulic power packs specifically for applications such as dock levellers, which provide a bridge between the loading bay and the truck being loaded or unloaded.
PB300 units have;
