The EHPR08-33 allows free flow from ➀ to ➂ when no current is applied to the coil. When the coil is energized, ➁ is connected to ➀. Increasing current applied to the coil will increase the control (reduced) pressure proportionally. If pressure at ➀ exceeds the setting induced by the coil, pressure from ➀ is relieved to ➂Note: Back pressure on port ➂ becomes additive to the pressure setting at a 1:1 ratio.

Savery hydraulic power packs and mini power packs are the culmination of many years of experience in manufacturing AC and DC power packs.

Small HydraulicPower Packs

The PB300 series of power units offer the latest design and features not normally associated with this type of unit. The units have a pressure up to 300 bar, which is achieved by the use of high specification materials. The centre adaptor can be machined to give a vast range of integral control options for single and double acting circuits.
Applications for this type of unit are numerous DC units for battery powered use include our tail lift packs and can be found on tippers, aerial access equipment and material handling trucks. AC units with power ratings from 0.25kW to 5.5kW have an even greater range of applications including the retail and service industry for the handling of goods &#8211; loading and unloading of vehicles and the lift industry for lifts installed in the home, disabled lifts and automotive assembly plants.
Savery has developed hydraulic power packs specifically for applications such as dock levellers, which provide a bridge between the loading bay and the truck being loaded or unloaded.

With current applied to the valve coil, the TS10-36 blocks flow from 2 to 1 until sufficient pressure is present at 1 to open the pilot section by offsetting the electrically induced solenoid force. Increasing electric current will increase the control (reduced) pressure at 1. With no current applied to the solenoid, the valve will relieve pressure at 1 at approximately 6,9 bar (100 psi), regardless of pressure at 2. 
The TS10-36 has an optional manual override feature. This allows the valve to be set when the electric supply is lost. The manual setting is added to the electric setting, so when using the manual override feature to establish a minimum setting, care is required to prevent the system from becoming over-pressurized.

A direct-acting, spool-type, drop-in-style, fl ange-mounted, pressure reducing/reliev-ing valve, which can be infi nitely adjusted across a prescribed range using a variable electric input. Pressure output is proportional to DC current input. The Ecoil is an integral part of the valve assembly, and cannot be replaced or fi eld-serviced.

The EHPR98-T33 allows free flow from ➀ to ➂ when no current is applied to the coil. When the coil is energized, ➁ is connected to ➀. Increasing current applied to the coil will increase the control (reduced) pressure proportionally. If pressure at ➀ exceeds the setting induced by the coil, pressure from ➀ is relieved to ➂Note: Back pressure on port ➂ becomes additive to the pressure setting at a 1:1 ratio.
