Once all the service work is complete our engineers produce a service report detailing all the work carried out with any recommendations for further work.
Savery engineers use Autodesk Inventor Series, which incorporates AutoCad for 2D design, plus Mechanical Desktop and Inventor for 3D design. The multi station facility allows Savery's engineering team to respond quickly to customer requirements and interface directly with their drawing packages.
Manifolds are machined in house on modern CNC machining centres that can produce the manifold blocks in a range of materials prior to de-burring and plating.
Cell assembly is used in the production of small power packs and manifolds to ensure consistency in the high levels of cleanliness and quality.
Larger units are assembled in a separate dedicated area where modules weighing up to five tonnes can be accommodated.
Small power packs and manifolds are tested in bespoke test rigs where all the required data is recorded.
Complete systems are assembled together to allow simulation testing of the complete system, keeping on site commissioning to a minimum.
