Savery Engineering Department uses Autodesk Inventor Series, which incorporates AutoCAD for 2D design, plus Mechanical Desktop and Inventor for 3D design. The multi-station facility allows us to respond quickly to Customers requirements and interface directly with their drawing packages

Manifolds are machined in-house on modern CNC machining centres that can produce the manifold blocks in a range of materials prior to de-burring and plating.

Cell assembly is used in the production of the range of small Powerpacks and Manifolds to ensure consistency in the high levels of cleanliness and quality.

Larger units are assembled in a separate dedicated area where modules weighing up to 5tonnes can be accommodated.

Small Powerpacks and Manifolds are tested on bespoke Test Rigs where all the required data is recorded.

Complete Systems are assembled together to allow simulation testing of the total control system, thereby reducing on site commissioning to the minimum.
